It's a Starbucks. Same as every Starbucks, it's way over priced, but you know that going in. Difference is, the staff in this one are actually nice and friendly.

I use this Starbucks quite a lot and always happy with the service. I would like to give a special mention to member of staff there called Ceira. I seem to come across her a lot and she is always very friendly and happy when serving me and provides very good customer service. She always takes time to say "Have a nice day" which is always a nice touch.

A lovely barista this morning. Didn’t catch his name but tall guy with bleach blonde hair. He was so so kind. Another customer had picked up a food item from my order thinking it was theirs. He was so sweet, apologised and gave me a free cake pop for the wait. Amazing customer service and such a kind guy! He’s definitely a credit to the team! Loved my coffee as always
